Orient Express Booking Procedure
1. Select your Orient express package online or by calling us on 0208 295 8656 to find the available times and dates for your trip.
2. Once you have reserved your seat(s) you will be given a booking reference along with the date and time of the journey make a note of this information as this needs to be applied to your token(s). If you require additional tickets, these can be purchased by credit/debit card
3. Your seats will be reserved for 7 days. Once your booking has been held we recommend that you redeem your Clubcard vouchers immediately to receive your tokens
4. Redeem your clubcard vouchers at http://www.tesco.com/clubcard/clubcard/spend.asp. You will then be sent your clubcard token within 5 working days of your order being placed
6. Once you have received your tokens put your booking reference on the token and send your tokens to the us at: Hospitality Line, Royal Parade Mews, Chistlehurst, Kent, BR7 6TN. When we receive your token we will send your train tickets
Things to remember…
• We do not accept Clubcard vouchers, they must be exchanged for tokens in order to receive your tickets.
• Under 18s must be accompanied by a paying (using cash/token) adult
• Confirmation of times will be sent with your travel documents
